Alex learned weaving from his auntie, master weaver Lily Bitsui of Blue Gap, Arizona. Lily is known for huge rugs of the finest quality and design, now in private collections. Her Teec designs reflects her traditional homeland and is but one style she is noted for and has taught Alex.
Alex carries the interpretations and skills forward.
